MASON CONLEY
Co-founder - Acquisitions & Investor Relations
Mason has been involved in real estate for the past 7 years. At just 21 years old, he co-founded what has become the largest residential real estate team in Utah; with 100 agents doing over $500 million in sales volume per year. He is now using that same drive and real estate acumen to make his mark in multi-family development, often investing alongside his capital partners. Mason also manages a portfolio of his personal properties and has a background in construction management. Building a strong team is a passion of his and has been a cornerstone to his success in the industry thus far. The Aura Ventures team is an impressive example of that. Mason graduated from the University of Utah and continues to call Salt Lake City home.
CONNOR BATHEN
Co-founder - Finance & Operations
Connor is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. Over the last 6 years, he's been actively acquiring, renovating, and stabilizing multi-unit properties throughout Utah. He currently owns and operates 50+ short and long term rentals and plans to scale throughout 2023. Connor is also an early employee at multi-billion dollar finance startup where has gained extensive experience in various leadership, finance, recruiting, operations, and marketing capacities. He holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from Santa Clara University and lives in Utah with his wife, two boys, and his pup.
TRAVIS CLEMENS
Co-founder - Construction & Design
Travis has called Salt Lake City, Utah home since 2016, but was born in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. He has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 5 years. At the start of his real estate endeavors, he assisted in the growth of the largest real estate team in Utah on pace to do a billion in sales. Prior to that, his experience consists of project and construction management, sales, and marketing. He holds a degree in Business and Accounting from Liberty University.
